By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Aura Growth Lab is a digital marketing and talent management agency specialising in content strategy, audience growth, and brand management for online creators.

  • We act as a management and consultancy partner.

  • We do not sell adult content directly; all content remains owned and published by the creators themselves.

  • Services may include but are not limited to: social media management, marketing strategy, account optimisation, customer engagement support, and related consultancy.

3. Client Obligations

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information to enable us to perform services.

  • You remain responsible for all content you create and publish.

  • You confirm that all content managed under your account complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees for our services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement.

  • Invoices are payable in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of consultancy and management services, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by law.

  • Either party may be able to terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to signed contractual commitments.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We provide services with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Growth Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property we create in the course of providing services (e.g. marketing materials, strategies, designs) remains our property unless expressly assigned in writing.

  • You retain ownership of your content, brand, and accounts.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed in the course of the relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any disputes.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
